Junior issue is generally speaking, any issue that ranks lower in claim to another issue in terms of dividends, interest, principal, etc.
A junior issue is the opposite of a senior issue.

apparently the assumption that the KRW-PLN is believed to not change for a while began surfacing around the time that KRW-PLN rate will be affected by the changes in the plastic products exports, and is going to climb this fact could possibly be connected to the stasis of the KRW.
